CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialized in Civil, Insolvency and Procedural Law, with extensive experience in providing legal advice to financial institutions and in acting as legal counsel in court proceedings relating to financial products, such as multi-currency mortgage loans, unfair terms, reverse mortgages, reference indices such as the Mortgage Loan Reference Index, and complex or high-risk investment products; she also has a solid track record in advising on contractual matters, construction defects, defence against unfair competition practices, debt recovery and claims for payment.

She is also a lawyer specializing in Civil Procedural Law, with in-depth knowledge of the various civil proceedings, both ordinary and special, she has been involved in provisional and enforcement proceedings, interim measures and highly complex litigation, as well as in the management of mass claims; she has drafted legal opinions and reports in the areas of banking operations, contracts and guarantees and has played an active role in the negotiation, preparation and drafting of contracts, particularly in the areas of financing, banking agreements and guarantees, as well as acting as legal counsel in court proceedings in civil and commercial matters.
