CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Chairman of the board of directors of the firm and partner in charge of the offices in the province of Malaga.

A specialist in real estate and commercial law, he has advised large estates, investment funds, financial institutions, and property development and construction companies on the purchase, sale, development, and execution of real estate projects. He has extensive professional experience in traditional and multidisciplinary law, owing to his work advising foreign companies on their establishment and development in Spain.

His time at a British law firm in the City of London and his membership of the board of directors of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom (2008 to 2014), as well as his current position as delegate for Andalusia of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club, of which he is also a member of the board of directors, have given him an in-depth understanding of the needs of companies facing international expansion processes, which has resulted in him having a high level of knowledge and understanding of the legal and administrative environments linked to foreign trade and the internationalisation of companies.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Honorary Professor in the Department of Special Private Law (Commercial Law) at the University of Malaga, from the 2013-2014 academic year to the present.

Professor in the Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advice at Loyola University Andalusia (Loyola Leadership School).

Tutor of the Fundamentals of Family Business program at the San Telmo International Institute.

PUBLICATIONS

Author of numerous legal articles published in specialized journals and the national economic press.
