PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialist in tax advice and planning for family businesses with extensive experience in both ongoing advice (particularly in the automotive and food industry sectors) and in business restructuring operations, as well as in sale and purchase or investment processes. He also has extensive experience in generational handover processes in family businesses, succession planning and donations.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Professor of Tax Planning on the Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy at the Universidad de Loyola in Seville.
