CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lawyer with experience in advising companies throughout their business life cycle, from incorporation to dissolution and liquidation, including corporate transactions such as capital increases and reductions, amendments to the articles of association and corporate restructuring processes. She has also acted as an advisor to corporate bodies’ secretariats, attending board and general meetings, as well as advising on the drafting and negotiation of corporate resolutions, powers of attorney and all types of commercial contracts (shareholder agreements, incentive schemes, financing agreements, service provision contracts, etc.).

She also has experience in M&A and venture capital transactions, having advised on sales and investment rounds, including the drafting and support in the negotiation of all legal documentation required for the formalisation of these transactions, as well as supplementary corporate agreements, whilst also participating in the corresponding due diligence processes and in the analysis and interpretation of contracts.
