CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialist in Employment Law and Social Security. She has extensive experience in advising local and international commercial entities on employment and Social Security matters, including restructuring processes for multinationals, negotiation with the legal representatives of the workers, assistance and defence of the interests of clients before the Labour Courts, the National High Court, the High Courts of Justice, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.

She also provides intermediation services before the Labour Inspectorate, advice on contractual matters, compensation and benefits, stock option plans, employee handbooks, due diligence and post-merger integration processes, among other matters.

PUBLICATIONS

She has published several specialised articles in relation to Employment and Social Security Law in different media, such as in the newspaper Expansión, as well as in specialised Human Resources magazines.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Speaker at various courses and seminars on matters related to labour and social security law.
