CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lawyer specialising in M&A operations (mergers and acquisitions) and investment and disinvestment agreements, both for national and foreign companies.

Specialised in bank, corporate, project and asset finance transactions as well as debt refinancing and restructuring.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Seville (subject “Commercial Practice”).
