CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He is a member of the R&D&I committee of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations.

He is specialised in providing tax advice in the reorganisation of business groups, as well as in tax planning and advising large estates and family businesses.

He also has extensive experience in the study, planning, development and analysis of economic plans and accounting models for companies and institutions.

He is a frequent collaborator of technology-based entities, start-ups and spin-offs of several universities, which is why he has a wealth of knowledge in the field of business entrepreneurship.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

He is a lecturer on the Professional Course for Access to the Legal Profession and Procurement organised by the Seville Bar Association, where he teaches subjects related to company taxation and annual accounts.

He is a lecturer on the Master’s degree in legal consultancy and the expert course in corporate law given by the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, giving several sessions on the legal regime of cooperative companies.

He is a mentor in some of the entrepreneurship initiatives promoted by the “Andalucía Open Future” project.
