CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Member of the Tax Commission of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE) and of the Family Business Commission of the Andalusian Confederation of Businessmen (CEA).

He is currently a member of the AEDAF’s Expert Group on Personal Income Tax.

Expert in business restructuring, tax advice to large estates, family businesses (Family Office) as well as in the preparation and implementation of family protocols.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy – Tax Planning and Sectorial Taxation – at the University of Loyola.

Regular lecturer on subjects related to Family Businesses, Personal Income Tax and Inheritance and Gift Tax.
