Legal due diligence processes (contracting, corporate, financial) of both assets and companies.

Acquisition of companies and assets, as well as acquisition of shares in companies.

Legal advice on traditional structured finance transactions (corporate and project finance) and on new alternative financing structures, as well as investment transactions by both private and public entities, especially venture capital firms.

Negotiation and formalisation of complicated financing and investment structures by all types of financial operators.

Advising on corporate and joint-venture operations and corporate reorganisations. Parasocial agreements.

Debt refinancing and restructuring (syndicated; bilateral; with independent expert; with or without judicial approval).

Advice, both to financial institutions and borrowers, on bilateral and syndicated operations, corporate lending, leverage finance, on the secondary loan market, on the refinancing of companies in crisis (debt restructuring), on the acquisition of non-performing loans, the granting of credit to companies in special situations (direct lending, fresh money) and the acquisition of debt packages (distressed and below par).
