CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialising in providing corporate law advice to all types of commercial companies, from their incorporation through to their dissolution and liquidation; advising on corporate restructuring processes (structural changes) and other corporate transactions of various types, as well as on corporate disputes, negotiation and drafting of many corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders’ agreements and family protocols; advice and support to Boards of Directors and General Meetings; preparation for and attendance at the meetings and sessions of these corporate bodies. Acting as company secretary.

Extensive experience in M&A transactions: corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions of companies, businesses or other types of assets (including due diligence processes), participating in the structuring, negotiation and execution of such transactions.
