Law Degree. University of Seville, specialising in Public Law (1999). Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy. Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (2000).  Member of the Bar Association of Seville, member no. 10327.

CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in legal and tax advice to business groups in different sectors such as hotels, real estate, construction, distribution, automotive, etc., in business restructuring and in tax advice to large estates.

Specialist in company mergers and acquisitions.

Member of the Tax Commission of the CEA and regular collaborations with the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Regular speaker at seminars and conferences on corporate restructuring, corporate tax planning and large assets.

Lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (IEC).

Lecturer in Tax Law on the MBA and MBA EXECUTIVE Master’s Degree at the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI) based in Seville.
