CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialised in the restructuring of business groups, tax planning and advice for industrial, commercial and service companies, contentious tax advice and tax inspection procedures, tax reviews by means of due diligence and company acquisition operations.

Experience in the specialities of the Canary Islands Economic-Tax Regime (Reserve for Investments in the Canary Islands, investment incentives, Canary Islands Special Zone, allowance for the production of tangible goods) and in indirect taxation (I.G.I.C., A.I.E.M.).

Experience in estate planning for family businesses, advising several family groups on the implementation of family protocols.

Experience in tax planning in R&D&I and in audiovisual productions and live shows.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Speaker on asset restructuring, family businesses and the Economic and Tax Regime of the Canary Islands in different forums.
