Experience in litigation against banking entities for unfair terms, Law 57/68, and opposition in foreclosure proceedings.

Appeals for cassation, extraordinary appeal for procedural violation and cassation.

He had specialized in legal advice, prosecution and defense in all types of crimes during his previous position in the firm, increasing and specializing since his incorporation in property and corporate crimes and money laundering,

He has appeared before individual bodies of the Criminal Jurisdiction, Provincial Courts, High Courts of Justice, the National Court, and the Supreme Court.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lecturer of the Department of Commercial Law on the Degree in Business Administration at the Universidad Loyola, Córdoba Campus (2023/2024).
