CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Extensive experience in the legal representation of clients in criminal proceedings. Representation in court proceedings (statements, attendance at oral hearings, assisting detainees, etc.) before Investigating Courts, Criminal Courts and Provincial High Courts. Drafting of all types of legal documents, including procedural submissions, out-of-court settlements, appeals to the Supreme Court, etc. Provision of preventive criminal law advice to companies and public administrations.

Specialisation in Economic Criminal Law, criminal liability of corporate persons, compensation for death and injury in accordance with 35/2015 Act (traffic accident compensation scale), offences relating to the obtaining, disclosure and misuse of trade secrets, environmental offences and offences of unlawful occupation of property.
