CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Providing legal advice to companies across various fields and sectors on matters of company law and commercial contracts, acting as legal adviser and secretary to the governing and administrative bodies of limited companies, foundations and associations. Carrying out operations involving capital increases, capital reductions, other amendments to companies’ articles of association, as well as corporate restructuring operations. Providing legal advice on corporate disputes, at all stages and through to their conclusion.

Advising on the preparation and drafting of shareholders’ agreements, contracts for the sale and purchase of businesses, loan agreements and participatory loan agreements, commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, investment and divestment agreements, amongst others.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lecturer on the Master’s degree of Professional Development in Corporate Legal Advice at the University of Cádiz (UCA).

Lecturer on the Master’s degree in Legal Practice and Corporate Legal Advice at the University of Seville (US).
