Measures introduced by Royal Decree-Law 7/2026
On 21 March, Royal Decree-Law 7/2026 of 20 March, approving the Comprehensive Plan for Responding to the Crisis in the Middle East, was published in the Official State Gazette and which was ratified yesterday by the Congress of Deputies.
The approved legislation introduces tax, commercial, employment and energy regulatory measures, the content of which is summarised in the attached documents.
