Changes introduced by Law 2/2026 of 12 March on Environmental Management in Andalusia

On 20 March 2026, Law 2/2026 of 12 March on Environmental Management in Andalusia, which repeals Law 7/2007 of 9 July on Integrated Environmental Quality Management (“LEGICA”, its Spanish acronym) was published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. The attached note details the most significant changes introduced by the new legislation.
