The dilemmas of Artificial Intelligence from a copyright perspective

The January issue of TM Broadcast magazine includes an opinion piece by our colleague Miranda Rivero on artificial intelligence and copyright in the audiovisual sector.

Entitled “Los dilemas de la Inteligencia Artificial desde la perspectiva del derecho de autor” (‘The dilemmas of Artificial Intelligence from a copyright perspective’), it analyses the challenges posed by generative AI systems in terms of intellectual property, authorship and the use of protected content, especially in the field of media and audiovisual production. It is a legal reflection on a constantly evolving field, which contributes to the specialised debate in the audiovisual and technology sector.
