Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised Martínez Morales family on the investment made by Flamasats, S.L., the leading lighter manufacturer (with its brand Clipper) and the leading student stationery manufacturer in Spain (with brands including Alpino, Manley and Dacs) and with other business-lines such as paste manufacturing (with its brand GomaGom), owned by Puig family, in the capital of Velas Martínez Morales, S.L., the largest scented and other-type candle manufacturer in Iberia, present in more than 20 countries with a portfolio of more than 1,200 references. Bankinter Investment has been the financial adviser on the deal.

MOARGVA´s team has been led by José Blanco Aróstegui, corporate partner, alongside Ignacio Sellers Feria, tax partner. Other members of the team have included Alonso Fernández de Santaella Duque de Estrada and Gonzalo Martín de Nicolás Maíllo (corporate), Patricia Galán González and Raquel Ramos Sanz (tax), Helena Arronis Seva (public), José María Martínez Solís and Manuel Polvorosa Cáceres (civil), and Candelaria Gómez Robles (employment).
