Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia advises Greening Group Global on a green bond issue under the program registered with the MARF

Madrid, February 25, 2025. Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised Greening Group Global, S.A., a Spanish multinational company operating in the renewable energy sector, on the first issuance of green bonds for €10,000,000 under the program registered with the MARF for a maximum nominal amount of €30,000,000. The issue is secured for a term of five years and the proceeds will be used for organic (Capex) and inorganic (M&A) growth. Renta 4 Banco acted as lead manager and Beka Finance and Banco Sabadell as placement agents.
