TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING
In the field of urban planning, we provide advice on the drafting, processing, review and analysis of urban planning, management and execution instruments. We provide support to individuals, companies and public administrations in the negotiation and drafting of town planning agreements and collaboration protocols, as well as in procedures for intervention and protection of urban planning legality (urban planning discipline). We prepare town planning reports on land and real estate assets (detection of contingencies, applicable town planning parameters, changes or implementation of town planning uses, provision of legal-urban planning strategies, among others). We also advise urban development entities (conservation and compensation boards) on their constitution, management and secretariat, as well as minority shareholders. Scope of services:
