CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lawyer specializing in Industrial and Intellectual Property. She advises clients on the protection, defence, and internationalization of distinctive signs, industrial designs, and procedures before the OEPM, EUIPO, and WIPO, as well as on the negotiation and drafting of agreements in the fields of industrial and intellectual property and image rights.

She focuses her activities on various sectors, including music and audiovisual, performing arts, digital, and energy. Her clients include individuals and entities involved in entertainment and leisure activities, such as artists, film and television production companies, and record labels.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Regular speaker on Industrial Property at conferences for businesspersons and professionals organized by the Málaga Chamber of Commerce.
