Specialized in general commercial law, energy and real estate.

He undertakes his professional activity through ongoing advice to national and international clients on company purchases and sales, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures, and business acquisitions.

Advice on the negotiation and formalization of all types of transactions, especially energy and real estate transactions, including advice on sales and the formalization of shareholder agreements, commercial contracts that include, among others, financing contracts, leasing, surface rights, construction contracts, agency contracts, distribution, etc.

He has collaborated in the realization of due diligences, and advises on all types of corporate matters in general, including assistance to governing bodies, corporate restructuring, capital increases and reductions, company dissolutions and liquidations, dividend distributions, etc.
