CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Advising individuals and legal entities on economic and general criminal law, criminal risk prevention, and participation in judicial proceedings.

Legal representation, both as defence and prosecution, especially in crimes against the Public Treasury, property and corporate crimes, crimes against the environment, crimes against the Public Administration, crimes against safety in the workplace and, in general, socio-economic crimes.

Development of criminal risk prevention programs and anti-fraud plans.

Legal advice in large-scale cases before Courts, Provincial Courts, National Court, Courts of Justice and the Supreme Court, as well as in proceedings before the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Advice and mediation in extrajudicial matters.

Regular speaker at seminars and symposia on Criminal Law.
