Extensive experience in the legal management of judicial and arbitration proceedings on a wide range of civil and commercial matters, negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial contracts, marriage contracts, wills, liquidation of marital property, inheritance partitions, reports and opinions, etc.

Specialisation in proceedings and arbitration on complex financial instruments for high profile clients (swaps, preferred, subordinated, structured, etc.).
