CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialist in business law, specifically legal advice on contracts, corporate matters, acquisitions and sales of companies and assets, group restructuring transactions, and commercial litigation and arbitration; as well as advice on foreign investments in the Canary Islands.

• Legal and contractual advice for the establishment of an airline based in the Canary Islands, including the preparation of various private agreements between partners and subsidiaries.
• Legal advice on shareholder reorganizations in a group of companies, including the transfer of shares and real estate between partners and the signing of supplementary private agreements.
• Legal advice on the exit of a minority shareholder in the context of a corporate dispute in a family business.
• Consulting and preparation of partnership and investment agreements, as well as execution of the transaction for launching a business in the renewable energy sector.
• Legal advice on the transfer of a clinical products company to an investment fund.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lecturer of Commercial Law at the Universidad del Atlántico Medio (UNAM/ESCOEX – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), from 2020 to the present.
