CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialist in the energy sector, public procurement, and subsidies, as well as administrative procedures.

In energy matters, she advises renewable energy companies during the development and processing of projects before various public authorities, supporting clients throughout all stages of the process, including sales transactions and defending projects in court. She has also participated in the preparation of reports and opinions analyzing regulatory requirements.

She provides comprehensive, consultative, and contentious advice to both contracting authorities and bidding companies on public procurement matters. She has advised public bodies in all phases of procurement procedures, including participating in contracting committees. She also provides legal counsel for tenders and appeals (both administrative and judicial) in all matters relating to the award, execution, compliance, and termination of contracts.

She has also participated in providing ongoing advice on corporate and property transactions. Due diligence for the identification of risks and contingencies in the different branches of Public Law, with special dedication to energy due diligence, and in matters of subsidies.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE 

She has taught training courses in the Master’s Degree in Economic Administrative Law at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
