CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She is a member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers (ASNALA) which allows her to participate in the activities that it develops to promote specialisation in the labour discipline and to be in permanent contact with legal professionals who carry out their work throughout Spain, being able to access publications, courses and conferences that entail a complete and constant legal update in the field of labour law.

She is a mediator in the Extrajudicial System for the Resolution of Labour Disputes in Andalusia (SERCLA) and is therefore closely related to the promotion of collective autonomy, promoting spaces for agreement and the search for solutions based on consensus and co-responsibility, contributing to the promotion and enrichment of the collective bargaining process in the current framework of labour relations.

She specialises in providing employment advice to multinationals, designing senior management contracts and formalising indemnity protection clauses, carrying out employment law audits and due diligence, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and appearing before labour courts and tribunals.

She has extensive experience in matters relating to dismissals and modification of working conditions, both individual and collective, decentralisation of production and employment consequences of company restructuring.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

She has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars related to labour law, as one of the Firm’s objectives is to keep its clients informed of the main legislative and jurisprudential developments existing at all times so that they can take the appropriate decisions with as much information as possible on the current legal framework, supporting and advising them on the labour aspects of the measures they intend to adopt in any field (administrative, commercial, criminal, etc.).
