CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in the preparation of due diligence and tax reports prior to the execution and formalisation of transactions, including the analysis of the consequences and, where appropriate, the possible risks arising therefrom. She also has experience in the field of commercial law.

She has experience in asset and corporate restructuring transactions, as well as in sale and purchase transactions and capital increases.

She has provided advice in the execution phase of the aforementioned operations, intervening in the different phases of the projects and carrying out all the necessary formalities for the formalisation of the operations.

Lawyer specialising in tax law with experience in direct and indirect taxation applicable to businesspersons or professionals whose main activity consists of the operation, promotion and sale and purchase of real estate assets and the development of renewable energy projects.

She develops her professional activity through ongoing advice to private sector clients, both in administrative and contentious proceedings.

Negotiation and formalisation of shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructuring agreements and separation of ownership.
