CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With a career that began in the insurance and banking law sector, she later focused on the area of administrative law, performing key tasks such as overseeing the preparation of tenders for different public tenders, review of files and advice to different corporations and Public Sector entities , drafting of claims and monitoring of judicial procedures (both ordinary and abbreviated), representation in administrative procedures of various kinds, etc.
She currently specializes in urban planning law, specifically in the drafting of reports and opinions on urban planning regulations, the processing of planning permits, the review and negotiation of real estate purchase and sale contracts from an urban planning perspective, and the management of disputes arising from the implementation of urban development projects. She has also participated in the resolution of administrative procedures related to the legalization of construction works, building permits, and the defence of public and private entities in liability proceedings arising from urban development projects.
She is also qualified to act as a civil and commercial mediator, having registered with both the Málaga Bar Association and the State Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions. She is equally qualified to act as an arbitrator, having registered with the Málaga Arbitration Court.
