CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He has extensive experience in advising companies and individuals, especially in the financial, real estate, cultural, leisure, entertainment and services sectors, as well as in comprehensive wealth management.

On a day-to-day basis, he provides comprehensive advice to companies and individuals in the business law sector, forming teams for each client to immediately and efficiently attend to their needs at all times, and in all areas of law. For example, he is involved in the expansion and planning of the next generations in family businesses, through family protocols and involvement in the business.

He is an expert in Banking, Civil, Commercial, Procedural and Wealth Management Law, standing out for his ability to manage and coordinate teams that offer immediate and comprehensive services to each client.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

School of Legal Practice of the Bar Association.

He has taught courses on civil liability, data protection and general tax aspects, and is a regular contributor to the media (written press, local radio and television) on legal, business and general issues of the city of Malaga, where he has been very involved in its associative and institutional fabric from a very young age.

 He is the author of numerous legal articles published in specialised journals and in the national business press.
