CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He has extensive experience in legal proceedings on all types of civil and commercial matters. Thus, in civil matters, he has assumed the legal direction of proceedings in matters of contractual and non-contractual liability, real estate, registration, inheritance law, mortgage foreclosures, as well as those related to construction defects or insurance.

In commercial matters, he has been involved in proceedings related to the exercise of corporate liability actions, the exercise of the right of separation, the challenge of corporate resolutions or the nullity of share subscription in processes of transformation of sports entities into sports limited companies.

He also has extensive experience in inheritance, registration and contract law. He regularly advises on real estate transactions for the acquisition of land for residential, industrial and hotel use. His experience covers the real estate, construction and tourism sectors, among others.
