CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She has extensive experience providing ongoing tax advice to family businesses in various sectors. She specializes in business restructuring processes, designing corporate group structures, and planning transactions to achieve the optimal tax structure for family groups. She also provides advice on business acquisitions and transfers.

Guest teaching collaborator of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Seville (2017 – present).
