CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialist in urban planning and the environment, she provides legal advice to individuals and public administrations on matters such as: intervention in the drafting and processing of planning instruments, formulation of objections to planning instruments promoted by third parties, drafting of re-parcelling projects and extraordinary action projects on rural land; preparation of due diligences; intervention in urban planning and environmental discipline procedures, in procedures for recognizing buildings in an AFO situation, and in procedures for granting environmental, urban planning, and sectoral authorizations.

She also provides legal advice and secretarial services to collaborating urban planning entities.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

She has spoken at numerous conferences, talks, and courses organized by private entities and the Granada and Málaga Bar Associations on urban management and planning, urban sustainability, protected housing, construction on rural land, and administrative procedures.
