Legal advice on civil matters, especially in the negotiation and drafting of civil contracts. She also has experience in legal counsel for all types of civil litigation.

She also has a background in advising on intellectual property matters and drafting and negotiating contracts in the entertainment industry (live performance contracts, venue and stage contracts, event production, and sponsorship contracts).
