In the commercial area, he has acted in numerous transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures and acquisitions of business branches. He has also advised national and international clients in numerous complex transactions involving the purchase, sale and financing of energy projects, as well as in the construction, connection, operation and maintenance of energy production facilities in Spain, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Since 2005, he has been involved in the purchase, sale, construction and financing of energy projects in Spain, as well as in France, Germany and the United Kingdom in collaboration with local law firms. He has also acted in different European jurisdictions in the sale of the operation and maintenance of electricity production facilities of a major German company.

His main clients include hotel companies, machine tool manufacturers, iron and steel companies, recycling companies, etc. In recent years he has been involved in several M&A transactions in the industrial sector, particularly in the steel industry, as well as in the renewable energy sector.

In the field of litigation and arbitration, Miguel is active in civil and commercial law, representing both national and international companies from various sectors in pre-litigation and litigation matters (before courts of law at all levels). He has also participated in arbitrations managed by the most prestigious institutions in Spain. Miguel has advised trading, hotel, energy, direct sales, real estate, etc. companies in contentious matters.
