Corporate operations (capital increases and reductions, accordion operations, exchange of securities, incorporation of companies, etc.), corporate conflicts, corporate restructuring operations (mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, contribution of branches of activity), shareholders’ and syndication agreements, civil and commercial contracts, purchase and sale of businesses, due diligence, family protocol, advice on financial and banking law, legal services related to the Securities Market (establishment of investment services companies, Spanish REITs, dissolution and liquidation of these types of entities).

Legal direction of civil and commercial proceedings. Attendance at shareholders’ meetings and boards of directors.

Public and private sector clients, administrative and contentious.

Legal representation in all civil courts and, in particular, in commercial law (bankruptcy, corporate, contractual).
