CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Wide and extensive professional experience in the legal management of all types of proceedings in the civil jurisdictional order: order for payment, exchange, evictions, verbal, ordinary, general executions, mortgage executions, etc.; as well as in the formulation of all types of appeals: reconsideration, review, appeal, extraordinary for procedural infringement, cassation, amparo; incidents of nullity, etc.

Expert in family law, separations, divorces, ecclesiastical annulments, liquidation of marital property and in construction law, preparation of “turnkey” construction contracts, contracts with Project Management and Integrated Project Management, etc., as well as in the legal management of legal proceedings and arbitration on complex disputes in this area.

She currently leads a large team of lawyers specialising in civil procedural law and procedural management for the legal management of thousands of proceedings in defence of financial institutions, asset management companies, investment funds and clients who require a high quality, fast and efficient legal and procedural service.
