CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She has extensive experience in providing employment and social security legal advice to medium-sized and large companies, workers, and unions, as well as in the management and legal assistance of legal proceedings before labour courts. He has participated in collective bargaining with employee representatives, particularly in the development of equality plans and collective agreements. He has a solid track record in advising on workplace accidents and in planning labour measures adopted in bankruptcy proceedings. He is noted for his problem-solving skills, his ability to work in a team, and his high level of responsibility and willingness to fully engage in his work.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE 

He has participated as a speaker at various conferences on the various legislative changes in employment matters approved in recent years, as well as on various current employment issues from the perspective of daily practice applied by all the pillars that make up the employment market (companies, workers, unions, judges and courts, public bodies, etc.).

She is the author of legal articles on labour law published in national press.
