Degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Santiago de Compostela.

CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He joined MONTERO ARAMBURU ABOGADOS in 1977.

He has extensive experience in corporate taxa­tion, restructuring of business groups, mergers and acquisitions and tax planning for family businesses. He also specialises in defending taxpayers in all types of administrative and court proceedings.

PUBLICATIONS

He is the author of various articles on tax-related matters.

He is a member of the Association of Economists of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (membership no. 1209).
