CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience advising natural and corporate persons in the field of civil and criminal procedural law. Experience in the liquidation of public consortiums and municipal corporations.

Legal representation in all types of criminal proceedings, acting as both private prosecutor and defence attorney in all types of proceedings, especially in cases involving economic offences (crimes against the Public Treasury, corporate and property offences), crimes against personal liberty (gender violence, threats, injuries, sexual freedom), and crimes against public administration (prevarication, embezzlement, bribery, drug trafficking).
