CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He specializes in providing ongoing labour advice to companies and individuals and assisting with judicial and extrajudicial conciliation proceedings, filing lawsuits, appeals, and cassation appeals before the Supreme Court, as well as lawsuits and appeals before the Administrative Litigation Court. He also serves as a lawyer in trials and enforcement proceedings in the social order and in the contentious-administrative area. He also provides assistance in proceedings before the Public Administration (ITSS, TGSS, INSS … ), in addition to carrying out labour audits and restructuring .

He highlights his experience in advising in the field of public sector and in the preparation of job descriptions, as well as in the special employment relationships of artists and professional athletes.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

He is a regular speaker at various conferences and seminars related to labour law organized by various public and private organizations and has published articles in the media.
