Preparation of Competitive entrance examinations – Legal Corps of the Andalusian Regional Government (2004-2012), having passed four of the five examinations comprising the competitive entrance examination, both in 2007 and 2012.

CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialized in the public and private sectors, both in administrative and contentious proceedings.

Competition Law and State Aid Regulations.

Advising the public sector on the preparation and awarding of contracts, agreements, and management contracts.

Procurement committees, legal counsel for tenders, and appeals (both administrative and judicial) in all matters relating to the award, execution, compliance, and termination of contracts.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE 

He has taught public procurement at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol and is currently part of the Master ‘s program in Administrative Law and Public Economic Law, leading sessions on public procurement.
