CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Specialist in commercial law: commercial and civil contracts, corporate restructuring and acquisitions, due diligence, shareholder disputes, legal management of judicial and arbitration proceedings, negotiation and shareholders’ agreements, corporate liability, family protocols and board secretaries.
Expert in bankruptcy matters: bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings, refinancing and insolvency. Bankruptcy administration.
Specialist in banking contracts and debt restructuring. Expert in real estate law.
Experience in contractual matters both with private companies and with Public Administrations and instrumental entities. Negotiations, tenders, bids and administrative concessions.
He has participated in numerous operations related to commercial advice to companies and groups of companies, with special emphasis on M&A, business crises, agreements between partners, commercial and civil contracts, real estate and tourism law, reorganisation of corporate groups and family businesses.
