CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in legal proceedings, including legal management at all levels, and arbitration in civil and commercial matters. Specialised in contractual relations, especially real estate, registry and inheritance matters, due diligences, company acquisitions, professional contracts, sales of production units in insolvency proceedings, agency and distribution contracts, among other matters.

He regularly advises on the negotiation and drafting of contracts and on the settlement of disputes related to his fields of specialisation (mediation, judicial and arbitration proceedings).

Experience in cassation and constitutional relief appeals.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Seville.
