Investment transactions in companies, restructuring of business groups and high-net-worth individuals, mergers, spin-offs, and acquisitions of companies, legal proceedings in commercial and corporate matters, challenges to social agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, competition law, advice to family businesses, and advice on family protocol matters.
