CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Head of the Banking and Finance Law and Insurance Entities Department.

Extensive experience in the insurance sector, leading work teams in both extrajudicial (preparation of reports, transactions…) and judicial matters (preparation and attendance at court cases of any jurisdiction, execution of sentences, etc.) in defence of the interests of insurance companies and/or their policyholders.

Lawyer specialising in the banking sector, advising financial institutions on contractual matters; extrajudicial and judicial management of any type of matter (arrears, general contracting conditions, amounts paid on account, evictions, etc.); real estate, including that of its subsidiary companies in charge of managing and marketing the assets that form part of the bank’s portfolio.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Regular speaker at various conferences and seminars on legal claims for unpaid loans for employees in the banking sector.
