CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience in defining the tax policy of companies and business groups, as well as multinationals companies established in the Canary Islands, in sectors such as hospitality, time-sharing, construction and development, distribution and the automotive industry.
Specialist in the Tax Consolidation Regime in Corporate Tax, as well as in everything related to the Economic and Tax Regime of the Canary Islands (REF), particularly in the application of the tax benefits existing in the same, RIC, deduction for investment in assets, benefits in indirect taxation, etc.
Experience in Estate Planning for Family Businesses, advising several family groups.
He also has experience in advising and optimising structures in the field of indirect taxation, particularly in relation to the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC).
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
He has been a speaker at various conferences on tax matters, especially on the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax and the Economic and Tax Regime of the Canary Islands.
