Specialist in international tax advice to multinational groups, and in the planning and implementation of international structures, including the management of employee expatriation processes.

Extensive experience in restructuring operations for multinational groups.

Regular speaker on international tax matters in various forums, both in Spain and abroad.

Co-author of books on Preliminary Valuation Agreements and on Spanish holding companies.

Author of numerous articles on matters related to international taxation and EU law, and regular contributor on these matters in newspapers and specialist journals.
