PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialist in corporate taxation and fiscal matters.

Extensive experience in tax advice, planning, and regulatory compliance related to Spanish Corporate Income Tax, Spanish Personal Income Tax, the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), the Tax on Onerous Property Transfers and Stamp Duty,  and the Canary Islands Economic and Fiscal Regime.

Specializing in direct and indirect taxation, tax optimization for companies and individuals, and the application of tax incentives in the Canary Islands. He provides strategic advice to clients, with experience in tax audits and other tax procedures, as well as tax compliance.

Experience in tax consolidation groups, facilitating the integration and tax optimization of business groups.
